Avocado Toast with Poached Egg
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and add a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
- Poach the eggs to your liking and place one on each slice of toast.
- Sprinkle chili flakes on top if desired.
